At-Cost, No Junk Fees, Tax Search/Contin Fees or Courier Fees We add nothing to the actual cost of each search or service provided by our outside vendors.  Simply, if TitleSave is charged $75 for a CO Search, your client pays $75. NO MARK-UPS.  You can be certain that the title bill will be free of Junk Fees, Tax Fees or Courier Fees.

Certified Premiums – Purchasers and Borrowers receive a certificate signed by TitleSave, that they have paid the absolute lowest title insurance premium permissible under NY State Law. 

Service Around the Clock - All clients have full access to our agency, from the President to the Typist’s.   We strive to make you, our client look good at the closing.  Should something require special attention, someone can be reached at virtually any time.

Speedy Refunds on Escrow and Recordings – Unlike other companies who hold onto borrowers and purchasers funds, we refund excess escrows taken at closing within 10 days of the service being provided.  When we collect recording fees to perform a task, and it is performed by another party or lender, we return those funds within 15 days of confirmation.
